The residence
Our conveniently located residence offers artists a comfortable and well-appointed space to stay during their multi-day sessions at Loudmouth Studios. The one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom unit features a full kitchen, a spacious living area, and is situated right next door to the studio. This allows easy access for artists, while also providing a private and peaceful retreat. The residence is just a short 20-minute drive from the Bryan/College Station area, putting it in close proximity to a variety of dining and entertainment options. Whether you're in town for an extended recording project or simply need a home base during your time at Loudmouth, our on-site residence provides the perfect solution.
The lounge Areas
Our indoor and outdoor lounge areas provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for our clients to enjoy during their sessions with us. The outdoor lounge is surrounded by a 10ft high privacy fence, offering a spacious patio oasis complete with a grill, Blackstone, multiple seating areas, and outdoor entertainment. This tranquil space allows clients to unwind and recharge between takes. In contrast, the indoor lounge is a warm and inviting quiet room, designed for clients to decompress, write, and relax in a serene setting.
The conference room
Our conference room is a versatile and well-equipped space, ideal for hosting business meetings, conference calls, and artist sessions. With its neutral color scheme and modern furnishings, the room provides a professional and comfortable environment for collaboration and discussion. The large conference table can accommodate up to 8 people, and the room is equipped with high-speed internet, an audio-visual system, and great lighting, ensuring a productive and distraction-free experience. Whether you're meeting with clients, conducting team discussions, or working with artists, this conference room is the perfect setting to bring your ideas to life.
The Kitchenette
The kitchenette, situated just off the indoor artist lounge, offers a convenient space to refuel and recharge. Equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and an assortment of snacks, this area provides the necessary amenities to fuel the artistic process. Whether grabbing a quick bite, brewing a fresh cup of coffee, or storing personal items, the kitchenette serves as a functional and accessible hub for the studio's talented individuals.
